But after 35, things really aren\u2019t the same anymore."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With the endless amount of fitness content and information available today, I understand why so many people are trying to stand out and offer something different.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And yes, fitness has become overcomplicated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This exercise, at this angle, in this position&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The same goes for nutrition. Viral recipes, superfoods, endless food rules, things you supposedly should never combine&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The truth is, the fundamentals are actually quite simple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Strength training, mobility work, stability and balance exercises, well-planned cardio, proper nutrition, and recovery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Progressive overload and consistency.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">However, when it comes to women over 35, there is a lot more involved than just the basics. It requires a fair amount of fine-tuning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Not only because of hormonal changes, but also because of life circumstances and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Today, there are countless fitness coaches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">There are excellent male coaches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">There are talented young female coaches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Many of them are knowledgeable, dedicated, continuously learning\u2014and they genuinely care.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But let&#8217;s agree on one thing:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\u2757 Working with women over 35, especially over 40, is simply different.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because these women are often expected to be:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>devoted mothers<\/li>\n<li>successful professionals<\/li>\n<li>supportive partners<\/li>\n<li>highly organized<\/li>\n<li>the emotional backbone for everyone around them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">&#8230;while somehow still finding the time and energy for training, healthy eating, and quality sleep.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sometimes it&#8217;s not enough to say:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;Eat less, train more, stop complaining, you&#8217;ll be fine.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because honestly\u2014it isn&#8217;t that simple.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Yes, some women stay in their comfort zone and look for shortcuts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some will always search for the quick fix, the magic pill, or the newest trend instead of doing the work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And yes, sometimes they genuinely need someone to tell them:<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;Come on, you&#8217;ve got this. Push a little harder.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sometimes they need accountability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But at the same time, many women are already doing everything they can.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">They&#8217;re trying.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">They&#8217;re sacrificing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">They understand that motivation comes and goes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And yet, they&#8217;re still not seeing the results they expected.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Personally, I&#8217;ve lived a disciplined lifestyle for over 25 years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">I thrive on structure, routine, and training.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But I&#8217;ve learned that:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>when my sleep suffers, everything hurts<\/li>\n<li>when my nutrition slips, my body reacts immediately<\/li>\n<li>if I spend eight or more hours sitting, my mind feels foggy and exhausted<\/li>\n<li>when stress piles up and I don&#8217;t actively manage it, my recovery and performance suffer<\/li>\n<li>when life gets chaotic and I switch into autopilot mode, my body quickly lets me know<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And that&#8217;s exactly why we&#8217;re not all the same.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We shouldn&#8217;t eat the same way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We shouldn&#8217;t train the same way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And we certainly shouldn&#8217;t expect the same approach to work for everyone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Our circumstances are different.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some women thrive on five workouts per week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Others do best with three.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some love training in the morning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Others only have time in the evening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Some enjoy the gym.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Others prefer working out at home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The goal isn&#8217;t for everyone to do the same thing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The goal is to find what you can sustain long enough to see results.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Unfortunately, fitness often becomes overly complicated by focusing on details when the basics aren&#8217;t even in place yet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;I&#8217;ve heard fasted training is harmful, and early morning is the only time I can work out, so I&#8217;ll just skip it.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;I don&#8217;t have time for breakfast, but I&#8217;ve heard protein shakes are too processed, so I won&#8217;t have one.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;Everyone says women shouldn&#8217;t train at night, and that&#8217;s the only time I can exercise, so maybe I shouldn&#8217;t train at all.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em>&#8220;Women should focus more on being and less on doing. Maybe after a stressful day, I should just rest instead.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And yes, there is some truth behind these ideas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But context matters.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Yes, many women benefit from more recovery.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Yes, chronic stress is harmful.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Yes, more daylight, more sleep, and less pressure would be ideal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But let&#8217;s be realistic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Most of us cannot spend our days relaxing in perfect conditions, exercising at the ideal time, and preparing flawless meals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Most women have a lot on their plate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Who is going to work?<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Who is going to take care of the family?<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Who is going to handle all the daily responsibilities?<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">That&#8217;s why we don&#8217;t look for ideal conditions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We look for realistic ones.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because often the question isn&#8217;t what&#8217;s perfect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">It&#8217;s what&#8217;s possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We all know what we should do in theory.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But sometimes life simply doesn&#8217;t allow it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And in those moments, you choose the option that gives you the greatest benefit while remaining sustainable long term.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If you&#8217;re choosing between:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>an evening workout or no workout<\/li>\n<li>fasted training or skipping training altogether<\/li>\n<li>a 30-minute workout or waiting for the perfect time that never comes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">most of the time, choose the workout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Fitness doesn&#8217;t need to be this complicated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">What matters is creating a lifestyle that works for you.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">One that is realistic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">One that is sustainable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">One that improves your life rather than adding more guilt and pressure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because often it&#8217;s the small habits that make the biggest difference:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>stand up every 45\u201360 minutes if you have a desk job<\/li>\n<li>take a 10\u201315 minute walk outside when possible<\/li>\n<li>eat at least one meal without emails, notifications, or your phone<\/li>\n<li>go to bed 20 minutes earlier instead of searching for the next miracle supplement<\/li>\n<li>commit to 2\u20133 workouts per week that you can realistically maintain<\/li>\n<li>prioritize structured meals with adequate protein and vegetables before chasing the latest detox or diet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Because the goal isn&#8217;t to live according to someone else&#8217;s &#8220;perfect&#8221; rules from the internet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The goal is to build a system that fits your life.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Women often make excuses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">But they also carry burdens that many people never see.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">And that&#8217;s why women over 35 don&#8217;t need a softer approach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">They don&#8217;t need a less serious approach.<\/p>\n<p>They need a smarter one.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the endless amount of fitness content and information available today, I understand why so many people are trying to stand out and offer something different.
