Often Forget They\u2019re More Than Just Diets and Workouts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"65\" data-end=\"218\">Yesterday, one of my friends \u2014 who\u2019s also in my program \u2014 messaged me to say she finally took my advice and had a full day off from her phone and laptop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"256\">And maybe that sounds insignificant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"271\">But it\u2019s not.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"299\">Because she\u2019s a woman who:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"499\">\n<li data-section-id=\"130h4k\" data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"321\">trains regularly<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sevlcq\" data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"337\">is a mother<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1abszud\" data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"357\">runs a business<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ugpnnp\" data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"399\">makes hundreds of decisions every day<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"x4dl5a\" data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"499\">and lives under constant stress she barely even notices anymore because \u201cshe can handle it all\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"535\">And honestly?<br data-start=\"514\" data-end=\"517\" \/>That\u2019s most women.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"537\" data-end=\"564\">We <em data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"545\">can<\/em> handle everything.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"656\">We push through.<br data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"585\" \/>We rarely ask for help.<br data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"611\" \/>We keep going no matter how exhausted we are.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"754\">But somewhere along the way, we forget that health is about so much more than food and workouts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"859\">Because when most women think about \u201cgetting healthy\u201d or \u201cgetting in shape,\u201d they immediately think of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"913\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3d3mus\" data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"872\">dieting<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"g1vke6\" data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"885\">exercise<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1m5tdd0\" data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"898\">calories<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"c9pmjx\" data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"913\">meal plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"983\">But your body responds to far more than just training and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1000\">It responds to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1213\">\n<li data-section-id=\"xv7af8\" data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1055\">how available you are to everyone except yourself<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gc7ua2\" data-start=\"1056\" data-end=\"1100\">how much pressure you\u2019re under every day<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1abrz1x\" data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1150\">how long you\u2019ve been functioning on autopilot<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"lm98yk\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1175\">how stressed you are<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e9m2lf\" data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1213\">and how well you actually recover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1288\">That\u2019s exactly why my program is never just about workouts and nutrition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1347\">We focus on small changes across different areas of life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1424\">And most importantly \u2014 everything is personalized and introduced gradually.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1505\">Because that\u2019s the only way habits actually stick.<br data-start=\"1476\" data-end=\"1479\" \/>The only way results last.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1573\">Whenever someone joins my program, the first thing I tell them is:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1575\" data-end=\"1625\">\n<p data-start=\"1577\" data-end=\"1625\">\u201cWe\u2019re not changing your entire life overnight.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1642\">We start small.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1701\">And honestly, these are things you can start doing today:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"2191\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3yll14\" data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1774\">get up and move for a few minutes every 45\u201360 minutes while working<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"80iksk\" data-start=\"1775\" data-end=\"1844\">eat at least one meal without your phone, emails, or multitasking<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"16jxhhw\" data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1907\">spend 10\u201315 minutes outside in daylight without headphones<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h6qmji\" data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"1963\">drink 2\u20133 glasses of water before your first coffee<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xesdvz\" data-start=\"1964\" data-end=\"1998\">take a short walk after dinner<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qtrhba\" data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2049\">turn off screens at least 1\u20132 hours before bed<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gaf4w1\" data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2080\">sleep in a cool, dark room<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"p6cu8q\" data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2129\">don\u2019t start scrolling the second you wake up<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"rw7otn\" data-start=\"2130\" data-end=\"2188\">take five quiet minutes in the morning and ask yourself:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2229\">\n<p data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2229\">\u201cHow am I feeling today \u2014 and why?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2260\">And before bed, ask yourself:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2305\">\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2305\">\u201cWhat do I need tomorrow to feel better?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2346\">None of these habits are revolutionary.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2410\">But when you repeat them consistently, they change everything.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2491\">Because health and physical transformation are never the result of one workout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2512\">Or one strict diet.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2588\">They\u2019re built through the small things you do every single day in between.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2670\">So if you\u2019re looking for a quick fix \u2014 I\u2019m probably not the right coach for you.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2809\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">But if you want a sustainable system that fits into real life, with structure and support, then
