They can absolutely become part of everyday life.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the essential discussion about the importance of strength training, especially for women over 35, we also debunked a number of common myths:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is running or walking more effective for reducing body fat?<\/li>\n<li>Are detox protocols actually beneficial?<\/li>\n<li>What are the daily requirements for macronutrients?<\/li>\n<li>Which supplements are useful, for whom, and at what stage of life?<\/li>\n<li>Should you train fasted or not?<\/li>\n<li>Is it possible to eat well without spending hours in the kitchen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A special thank you to my partner, <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dukat.hr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dukat<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, for providing protein drinks that we used as practical examples while learning how to read nutrition labels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>During my most attended seminar to date, we explored topics and practical tools that help women navigate the challenges of busy, stressful schedules, prepare for perimenopause and menopause, and\u2014most importantly\u2014the idea that exercise and balanced nutrition are not reserved for people with plenty of free time.
