For the second year in a row, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Aromara, one of the leading manufacturers of natural products and one of the most influential companies in the field of aromatherapy.
As part of Aromara’s 35th anniversary celebration, I had the opportunity to host a workshop and deliver a lecture titled “How to Achieve Sustainable Fitness Without Stress – No Filter.” Together with many attendees, we discussed health, movement, and sustainable habits that lead to long-term results.
During the lecture, we covered topics that often create the most confusion among women today, including:
- symptoms of hormonal changes
- diets and restrictive eating plans, and why they often fail
- the importance of regular movement and strength training
- common myths about nutrition and exercise
- supplementation
- the pressure to achieve results as quickly as possible, at any cost
I shared my perspective on health, fitness, and long-term results, hoping to broaden the way women think about these topics. Sustainable progress does not come from extreme approaches but rather from small, consistent steps, regular physical activity, strength training, quality nutrition, and taking care of yourself from a broader perspective.
We also had open and honest conversations about the challenges women face after the age of 35, when the body, hormones, and life circumstances begin to change. At this stage, the approach to health and fitness needs to become more realistic, flexible, and aligned with real life.
In addition to the lecture, visitors enjoyed a rich program that included presentations of Aromara’s products, demonstrations of energy mats and belts, massages, guided meditation sessions, black seed oil tastings, and socializing in a beautiful natural setting.
I would like to thank Aromara for the invitation and trust, as well as all the women who took the time to attend, ask questions, and share their experiences. It was also a great pleasure to surprise all participants with a small gift—a set of my resistance bands for exercise. I hope they will encourage at least some of them to stay active and exercise regularly, even from the comfort of their own homes.
Events like these are a wonderful reminder that health, strength, and fitness do not have to be a source of stress. Instead, they can become powerful tools for creating a healthier, more fulfilling, and more enjoyable life.
