“Managing Stress and Achieving Better Fitness” @ Business Club 5, Sky Office, Zagreb – February 17, 2026

We covered some of the most relevant topics currently present in conversations among women aged 30+:

  • why we often feel tired
  • how stress and lack of recovery affect energy levels, focus and overall health
  • how regular exercise impacts both our body and brain
  • which tools and protocols can be useful during stressful periods and hormonal changes
  • can nutrition be simple and how can we create sustainable habits?

We also discussed key factors in preventing chronic conditions and successfully navigating the challenges of today’s fast-paced lifestyle through practical tools and daily protocols that can benefit every woman over the age of 30.

What made me happiest was the feedback after the presentation: my long-term clients still found new things to learn, while the women attending for the first time left inspired, thoughtful and satisfied. Most importantly, everyone found the session valuable and not a single moment was boring.
