The “Sustainable Fitness Lifestyle” workshop and seminar was held multiple times throughout 2024 and 2025.
As with most of my educational events, my goal is to make healthy habits, relaxation techniques and practical wellness strategies more accessible and achievable, even within the demands of modern-day schedules.
